2006: Was a member of the 2006 cross country team that finished seventh at NCAA Nationals ... was a member of the 2005 cross country team that finished sixth at the NCAA Nationals ... National Qualifier in the Steeplechase in 2005 for the Outdoor Championships (9:22).

High School: Competed in track, cross country, baseball, football and golf at Winterset HS in Iowa...Earned All-Conference honors in cross country junior and senior years.
