2007-08: Earned All-American honors at the 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships as a member of CSM's second-place Distance Medley Relay team (10:02.32).

2006-07: Was a member of the cross country team that finished seventh at the national meet...Was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the Indoor National Championships...Qualified for the Outdoor National meet in the steeplechase...Was Second Team All-RMAC in the steeplechase with his fourth-place finish... Earned Academic All-American recognition in track & field.

2005-06: Was a member of the cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II national meet.

2004-05: Transfered from South Dakota Tech...Did not compete due to injury.

High School:Competed in soccer, track and cross country at Westminster High School...Earned All-Conference honors in track and field all four years...was All-State in track junior year...was a member of the state champions 4x800 meter relay team.
