ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH JUSTIN GALE
DEFENSIVE LINE
Justin Gale is in his first season as an assistant football
coach at Colorado School of Mines.
Gale, who will assist Stacy Coryell with the defensive linemen, was a
two-year letterwinner for the CSM Football squad (2001-02).
In 2000, Gale appeared in two games as a redshirt freshman and totaled
two tackles. As a sophomore in 2001, he played in seven games and posted
14 tackles, three tackles for losses, two sacks, one interception and
one fumble recovery which he returned for 27 yards. In 2002, Gale saw
action in nine games and registered 12 stops, including six solo tackles.
He also made two tackles for losses.
Gale earned a degree in chemical engineering from Mines in December of
2002 and is also a 1998 graduate of Nederland High School where he lettered
in football, basketball and track.
Gale resides in Golden.
