ASSISTANT WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH
LINDSEY SOSOVEC

Lindsey Sosovec is in her first season as the assistant coach for the Colorado School of Mines women's soccer team.

Sosovec joins the Oredigger women's soccer program after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Fresno State University. During her time there, Sosovec was responsible for goalkeeper training, recruiting, providing academic support and coordinating day-to-day activities. She also helped guide Angie Larsen to All-Western Athletic Conference accolades.

Prior to that, she served for two years as the goalkeeper coach and graduate assistant at South Dakota State University where she coached NCAA All-American Erin Miller in 2003.

Sosovec has also served as an intern at Clubmate Sports and Entertainment Activities and as an Assistant Athletic Administrator at National American University.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National American University in 2001. While there, she was a two-time All-American and two-time Academic All-American.

She earned her Masters of Science in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from South Dakota State in 2004 and graduated Suma cum laude.
