2007-08: Earned All-American honors in the men's 800 meters (7th place; 1:53.69) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships...Also earned All-American accolades at the Indoor Nationals as a member of CSM's second-place Distance Medley Relay team (10:02.32)...Named Second Team All-RMAC at the RMAC Indoor Championships in the 800m run and 4x400m relay...Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 4x400m relay at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered Second Team All-RMAC laurels in the 800m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Helped lead the CSM men to a tie for eighth place at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Earned All-American honors with his seventh-place finish in the 800m run (1:51.63) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships... Competed in three races for the CSM cross country team...A member of the CSM cross country squad that finished seventh at the 2007 NCAA Division II National Championships.

2006-07: Won the 800m event at the 2007 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...A member of CSM's second-place 4x400m relay team that earned Second Team All-RMAC ...Competed in two races for the CSM cross country team...A member of the CSM cross country squad that finished seventh at the 2006 NCAA Division II National Championships.

2004-05: Attended Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado.

2003-04: Attended the University of Colorado.

High School: Competed in track & field, cross country and swimming...Earned All-Conference honors in both cross country and track & field...Was named the Jeffco MVP his junior year in cross country.
