2007-08: Competed in three races for the CSM cross country squad...Member of the Orediggers' squad that placed seventh at the 2007 NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships... Placed 10th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2008 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2006-07: Competed in cross country and track & field...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor track & field season and the 2006 cross country season.

High School: Competed in track & field and cross country...Cross country team was runner-up at the State championships his sophomore, junior and senior years.
