2007-08: Established a new CSM outdoor school record in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:09.64)...Garnered Second Team All-RMAC accolades in the 3,000m steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Helped lead the CSM men to a tie for eighth place at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Earned All-American honors with his fifth-place finish in the in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:07.59) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Established a new CSM outdoor school record in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

2006-07: A member of the 2006 CSM cross country team (finished 130th individually) that placed seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Did not compete in indoor or outdoor track & field...An Academic All-RMAC performer in cross country.

2005-06: Earned All-American honors as a member of CSM's distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the 2006 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships with a CSM indoor school-record time of 9:57.14...Earned All-American honors with a sixth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Outdoor Nationals...A member of the CSM men’s cross country team (finished 55th individually) that finished sixth at Nationals...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2004-05: A member of the Oredigger men’s country team during his initial season at Mines.
