2007-08: Competed in all six races for the CSM cross country team...Member of the 2007 CSM cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Earned All-American honors with his 39th-place finish...Placed fifth (25:09) at the Woody Greeno Invitational and seventh (26:17) at the FHSU Open...Competed on the CSM track & field team...Placed ninth in the mile run at the 2008 RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championships...Member of CSM's third-place distance medley relay team at the 2008 RMAC Indoor Track & Field Championships...Redshirted during the outdoor track & field season.

2006-07: Redshirted in indoor track and cross country...Competed in outdoor track & field... Took ninth in the 5,000m run at the 2007 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Earned the CSM Bronze Academic Achievement Award.

High School: A four-year letterwinner on the RHS track & field team...Earned three letters in cross country...Finished eighth as a senior at the cross country State championships...Won the Captain's Award...An Army Student-Athlete...Earned one letter in wrestling...Listed on the President's Honor Roll all four years.
