2007-08: Earned Second Team All-RMAC recognition as a member of CSM's 4x400 relay team at the RMAC Indoor Championships... Named to the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2006-07: Ran a season best of 50.65 in the 400 meters and 23.36 in the 200 meters...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2005-06: Had a season best of 52.71 in the 400 meters.

High School: Competed in soccer, basketball, baseball and football at Resurrection Christian...lettered in all four sports...baseball team finished fourth in state senior year.
