2008-09: A 2008 Pre-Season All-RMAC selection in volleyball...Redshirted during the 2009 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2007-08: A member of CSM's 4x100m relay team that established a new outdoor school record (48.31)...Established a new CSM outdoor school record in the 400m hurdles (1:03.28)...Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 400m hurdles at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered Second Team All-RMAC accolades in the 100m hurdles at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Earned recognition on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the indoor season...A First Team Academic All-RMAC performer during the outdoor season...Also a member of the CSM volleyball team...Earned AVCA All-Southwest Region and Second Team All-RMAC laurels...A First Team Academic All-RMAC performer in volleyball.

2006-07: Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the indoor 60 meter hurdles...Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in outdoor track in the 100 meter hurdles...Established a new CSM outdoor school record in the women's 100-meter hurdles (14.92)...Selected as the RMAC’s Pre-Season Co-Freshman of the Year in volleyball before going on to earn Honorable Mention All-RMAC accolades.

High School: Earned three letters in volleyball...A three-time All-Conference selection...Helped lead PHS to a pair of District titles (2004, 2005) and two appearances at Regionals (2004, 2005)...Lettered all four years in track & field...A four-time All-Conference and two-time All-State selection...Placed second in the 300m hurdles and took fourth in the 100m hurdles at the 2005 State championships...Won the 100m hurdles at the 2006 State championships...Owns PHS records in the 100m hurdles (15.28) and the 300m hurdles (44.88)...Lettered three times in basketball...Earned All-Conference recognition...Competed on the varsity soccer team as a freshman...Earned three letters in the PHS orchestra...A four-year Academic letterwinner ...Palisade's Class of 2006 Valedictorian.
