2007-08: Earned recognition on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the indoor season...A Second Team Academic All-RMAC performer in the classroom during the outdoor season... Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 400m hurdles and Second Team All-RMAC accolades in the 110m hurdles at the RMAC Outdoor Championships.

2006-07: Redshirted during the outdoor season...Had a season-best mark of 12.64 meters in the triple jump and rank a time of 8.87 in the 60m hurdles.

High School: Competed in track and football at Longmont High School...finished sixth at state in the 110 meter hurdles senior year...was second place in the 300 meter hurdles, and seventh in the triple jump.
