2007-08: Earned All-American honors at the 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships as a member of CSM's second-place Distance Medley Relay team (10:02.32)... Garnered Second Team All-RMAC honors in the mile run at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Earned First Team All-RMAC recognition in the 3,000m steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...A Second Team Academic All-RMAC performer in the classroom during the indoor and outdoor seasons... Helped lead the CSM men to a tie for eighth place at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Placed 12th in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:58.64) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Competed in five races for the CSM cross country team...A member of the CSM cross country squad that finished seventh at the 2007 NCAA Division II National Championships.

2006-07: Was a member of the cross country team that finished seventh at the national meet... Was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the Indoor National Championships...Qualified for the Outdoor National meet in the steeplechase...Was Second Team All-RMAC in the steeplechase with his fourth-place finish...Earned Academic All-American recognition in track & field...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons and the 2006 cross country season.

2005-06: Was a member of the cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II national meet.

2004-05: Transfered from South Dakota Tech...Did not compete due to injury.

High School:Competed in soccer, track and cross country...Earned All-Conference honors in track & field all four years...Was an All-State selection in track as a junior...Member of the WHS state championship 4x800 meter relay team.
