Golden, Colo. - The Colorado School of Mines men's basketball team acquired a new member in Rampart High School's Kevin Wagstaff, head coach Pryor Orser announced Tuesday. The 5-11 point guard from Colorado Springs, Colo., was the Colorado Player of the Year (Southern Region) in 2001 and 2002. "Kevin fulfills a major need in our program at the point guard position," Orser said. "We felt he was the best point guard in the state of Colorado this year.
