Connection Instructions

Macintosh (Open Transport)

This document explains how to connect a Macintosh to the School of Mines via modem. It is assumed that you have all of Apple's Open Transport communications software installed on your computer. If you don't have Open Transport, it is available on the Computing Center's Macintoshes and at http://www.apple.com/. Most Macintosh since 1990 included this package on the Computer's System CD. This CD can be used to reinstall any missing files.
