How will EPICS enhance your Mines education?

EPICS I and II are required CSM freshmen/sophmore 3 credit classes.

Engineering and science are team endevours, therefore, EPICS exposes students to the team environment early in their university experience. Engineering design is taught by placing students into teams with real world engineering problems to solve. Through the EPICS experence students will learn project management and teamwork skills and to take a project from examination to completion including learning how to interface with clients and present their project.

To enhance design and project management skills, students receive instruction in Solidworks, Soldering, Advanced Micrsoft Office Suite, Business writing and Ethics
