Mexico, Oct 1996-present: working with PEMEX and AMPG to establish a long term program of educational modules, and cooperative projects about the role oil and gas plays in the Veracruz and Salina Basins. Enrolling PEMEX students in non-degree programs at CSM.
Peru, Oct 1993-present: working with Instituto do Seguridad Minera to establish mine safety and health programs within the private sector: MOU in place
