Statement of Purpose and Authority

 

 This policy is promulgated pursuant to the authority granted by 23-5-106, C.R.S. (1988), 23-5-107, C.R.S. (1988), and 23-41-104(1), C.R.S. (1988) in order to set forth an authoritative policy regarding the operation and parking of vehicles on the CSM campus. This policy shall supersede any previously promulgated CSM policy which is in conflict herewith
