Geology Museum Student Workers

Student Aids fill crucial roles as tour guides, teaching kit supervisors, greeters, Gift Shop cashiers, display case maintainers, mentors, and liaisons with the general public. They are the first people you meet at our door, who staff the Museum every hour that we are open, seven days a week, nearly every day of the year. Their museum responsibilities are above and beyond the demands of their other academic challenges. For these reasons, Student Aids must be in their sophomore year, or above, and competent students.

Student aides currently working in the Museum are:

Ryan Balchuck – Civil Engineering major; Pueblo, CO
John Bristow - Geologic Engineering major; Golden, CO
Kristin Chuchwa - Geologic Engineering major; Milford, PA
Sean Cusick – Mechanical Engineering graduate student; Westminster, CO
Cesar de la Riva – Chemistry major; Golden, CO
Tom Grummon - Geologic Engineering major; Evergreen, CO
Andrea King – Geologic Engineering major; Westminster, CO
Jonathan Lanning – Civil Engineering major; Lakewood, CO
Chuck Perko – Chemistry and mining majors; Pueblo, CO
Amelia Scott – Geologic Engineering major; Aurora, CO
Geoff Sterling - Geologic Engineering major; Hampden, MA
Garrett Waltsak – Environmental Science major; Glenwood Springs, CO
