2. Cut in Cirso until mix is crumbly.
3. Add Water
4. Kneed until dough is smooth and springy
5. Make into small balls approximately the size of golf balls
6. Melt and brush on extra Crisco on each ball
7. Set aside for 30-45 minutes
8. On slightly floured board, roll ball into 4-5 inch circle and stretch to 7-8 inches
9.Poke hole in center and Fry until lightly brown, turning once.
