Aug. 31 - Celebration of Mines (Kafadar Commons) - Lots of people came by to see what ASCE has to offer (or maybe just for the free soda). We signed up a lot of new members, and have a great year planned for them.
Sept. 7 - First Mtg, Meet and Greet - BBQ, in front of BB - Another great ASCE BBQ. If there is anything we know how to do besides building bridges, it's BBQ's!
Sept. 11 - Career Day, 10am - 4:30pm Student Rec. Center
Sept. 12 - ASCE/AGC Links to Success Golf Tournament - The students and company reps all had a great time playing golf, and got some one on one networking time in as well.
Sept. 21 - Graduate School Presentation - Dr. Griffiths came and talked about what the Engineering Grad School has to offer. Doug Sutton also came by to talk about an alternative track, getting your MBA.
