The president’s duties involve organizing all meetings and events as well as speaking to company representatives from the industry in order to extend an invitation for them to attend or host one of our events.  He/She is also responsible for communication between our student section advisor as well as the senior section advisor.  He/She is to maintain or boost membership within the school and try to keep membership participation high.  He/She is to listen to the comments and suggestions of the members in order to tailor the organization to better suit them. He/She delegates power within the student section officers.

The Vice Presidents duties include writing thank you letters to our sponsors and speakers, coordinating the activities of the other officers, running and or organizing meetings during the absence of the club president, and aiding the president when ever needed.

The duties of the Treasurer are: Maintaining a record of the club transactions, fund raising if need be, and ensuring accurate and timely account transactions.

The secretary is in charge of keeping a history of the club as well as a calendar of upcoming events.  Duties include: helping schedule events, recording attendance, recording minutes at meetings, keeping track of membership information and other club related paper work.

The social chairs main duty is to recruit new members for the club.  He/she is in charge of the advertisement for the meetings and other functions as well as organizing booths for celebration of mines and E-Days.

The main tasks of the web designer is to keep the web site up to date and make it an interesting and useful resource for the club. The web designer is also responsible for keeping the e-mail list up to date.

Ones duty as the ingersoll rand representative is to keep attendance records for the club and enter them in the Ingersoll Rand competition.
