The lessons are held Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30 pm in Ballroom A of the Student Center. Dance lessons will be followed by time to practice your moves or hang out!
Changes to the time or location will be posted a day before the originally scheduled lesson. An email will also be delivered to inform members of the change.
The CSM Ballroom Dance
Club exists to
improve your dancing skills and have fun at the same time. Our guest
teachers are registered professionals who possess a vast knowledge in
all styles of dancing and improvisation.
Each class is different yet continuity is maintained throughout the
semester. We always begin with basic steps and build from there. We
rotate partners often to help everyone at varying levels. The
dances taught at each class will be dictated by the club members
through suggestion; otherwise, lesson material is chosen by the
teachers.

We meet every Tuesday night at 6:30pm in
Ballroom A of the Student Center unless
otherwise noted.
Doors open at 6:00pm for those who would like to practice or warm-up.
Lessons finish around 7:30-7:45pm.
Fees:
Sessions taught by professional
dance instuctors: $4 per lesson for CSM students, $5
per lesson
otherwise
Sessions taught by members of the
club: Free
Semester membership: $18 for CSM
students, $20 otherwise.
There is a charge for special
dances, depending on how much the band costs.
Reduced fee for members.
