Underground
Part of the college group of First Baptist Church of Golden. Get real with God and other college students through
worship and fellowship! We are beginning personal contracts where students will have the opportunity
to set a goal pertaining to their spiritual life and accomplish it before school starts. The resolution can be anything
from practicing spiritual disciplines to simply getting their life with God back on track. Students will break into
small groups to receive accountability and share their progress in achieving their goal. Students meet for the Underground
every Sunday night at 7:30 at First Baptist Church of Golden. Pizza will be provided! For more information, contact
David Herrick.

Special Events
Valentine's Day Soireé
- Every year, the guys in Crusade and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes want to do a little something special for girls. As their way of thanking
the girls for their positive influence in their lives, they put on the annual Valentine's Day Soireé. The Soireé
is a fun-filled night for the ladies with food and entertainment, followed by a dance, all served and hosted by the men.
This year it was on Febuary 7th. I'll post some photos of it as soon as people give them to me.
Last year's theme was "The Muppet Show." It included wise cracks from our MCs Stantler and Waldorf, three musical performances, a musical
duet by Kermit and Miss Piggy, and 8 skits, like "Crocodile Hunter: Life at CSM," "Hans and Franz Teach Algorithms," and "Grease Lightning"
lip-synced! Click here to see pictures from last year!
Xalapa Missions Trip
- A team from our Campus Crusade group goes down in the heart of Mexico to Xalapa for ministry every Spring Break.
Students meet with the Campus Crusade group there and interact with other college students. They go to different
campuses to talk with students and share the love of Jesus Christ with them. Students also play sports and do special
events with the locals.
If you are interested in going on this year's trip, talk to Crystal Sullivan.
