Being a Pi Phi

It's not all work and no play at Mines. From throwing incredible theme parties to cheering on our sisters in IM (intramural) sports, we know how to have a good time. We always depend on each other for support, love, and laughter, whether hanging out in front of our flat screen television or just having a late night gab fest in the kitchen.

Arr! After a night's work, Pi Phi's set sail through Golden on our homecoming float.

During the fall semester, we welcome our new members during 8 Pearls. We get wet during Yaya in the Wawa with Sigma Phi in between going to classes. Our Twister Tournament means getting limber and having fun with one of the fraternities. Of course, we team up with a fraternity to build our annual homecoming float the night before it sets sail through Golden. And of course, we love going out in style for Halloween!

Spring brings fresh changes to the air. Whether it's going to the E-Days fireworks show or just sending Valentines to show our love, it's always a blast. This semester starts with Big Sis Week, which offers an entire week of fun and gifts for our new members. At the end of the week, the big sisters reveal their identities in a special ceremony. We get dressy for our annual Pi Phi Formal in Denver. My Tie is a great way to meet fraternity guys at Mines and spend an evening with them. To round off the year, we send off our seniors in style during Senior Farewell.
