ChemBalance Wizard was written by Michael L. Betz and Jason P. Hupka of the Mathematical and Computer Science Department under the guidance of Dr. Dean W. Dickerhoof of the Chemistry and Geochemistry Department at the Colorado School of Mines.

ChemBalance Wizard accepts up to ten chemical species as input and produces one or more balanced chemical equations. If no balanced equations exist for the given species, the user is informed that none can be produced. The rapid balancing of the chemical equations makes this program a useful tool for students and teachers alike!
