CSM Academic Computing and Networking: Guides and References
Computing and Networking staff members and consultants prepare guides that are intended to provide concise, basic information about using academic computing resources. All of the information below is available on the Computing and Networking web page and some items are available as handouts at the front desks of the Computing Center and the CTLM. This is step-by-step "how to" information that will enable you to quickly learn how to create accounts, use electronic mail, create web pages, print from the computer labs, etc.
For more in depth information, online access to approximately 260 web-based training courses is available through Smartforce.
Use of the CSM academic computing network requires adherence to CSM and computing and networking policies. You should familiarize yourself with the policies before using academic computing resources.
