AC&N Spam Manager User Preferences

The following can be configured in the preferences of the AC&N spam management filter, accessed with your email username and password.  This customization determines how the spam manager treats the email messages that it evaluates for you.   Whitelist and blacklist addresses are now file-glob-style patterns, so friend@somewhere.com, isp.com, or domain.net will all work.

Whitelist friend@address.com will deliver legitimate email, that may have been tag as spam, to your inbox.

Blacklist spammer@address.com will specify addresses, tagged incorrectly as legitimate email, as spam so that any future copies of that message will be quarantined. Blacklists use the same format as whitelist.

Quarantine Enable/Disable will specify how spam email is managed.  If enabled, a spam-identified message will be sent to your quarantine inbox.  If disabled, the message will be sent to your @mines.edu inbox.

Quarantine Notification will determine how often you receive an email summary of quarantined messages and lets you specify the address that receive the notifications
.
Spam Filter Enable/Disable determines whether messages are scanned for viruses before delivery to your inbox.

Spam Scoring sets the level at which a message is tagged as spam and delivered to your inbox, delivered or blocked.

Password allows you to set a password on your AC&N Spam Filter account.
