Printing Information Table

Output from printers must be picked up and paid for at the appropriate facility. All printouts must be purchased
including those sent to the wrong printer and those with formatting, spelling, option selection, or other user-introduced errors.

Notes:

• User provided paper will not be loaded into any central printers. Special paper and transparencies (except for crayons) should be done on copiers
• Print cards are available which reduce the cost of printing to Gutenberg ONLY .
  Print cards are $1 per 15 copies, which reduces the cost per printed side from 10¢ to 6.6¢ for Black and White prints only, they cannot be used for color prints.
• Printing to warhol can be complicated. Instructions for printing powerpoint files to warhol are available at the Front Desk. Please work with Front Desk staff well in advance of sending output to the poster printer.
• Warhol printing costs are are available at the Computer Commons front desk.
• A print queue status of Open means your print request will start as soon as the printer is available.
  A status of Paused means that you must ask the Front Desk staff to release your print request for printing. Print jobs left on a paused print queue for more than 1 hour will be deleted.
