New Faculty

Dr Joy Godeseabois joins the Division as an Assistant Professor. She earned a PhD in strategic management University of Colorado; MBA (business administration) Southern Methodist University; BS (business administration) Colorado State University. Her areas of specialization include: entrepreneurship, strategic management, social capital, network analysis, venture capital.

On-Campus Recruiting

More and more companies are coming on campus looking to hire ETM students. This past year, ETM students were offered positions by among others Chevron Phillips, The Williams Company, Avande, UPS, Xcel, and Fast Enterprises. We thank these employers for recruiting on campus.

Internships

ETM students spent summer 2008 at companies including Seagate, RW Beck, PB Americas, Forerunner Corp., Bechtel, CTL Thompson, Arcadis-Canada, NEI Electric Power, US Army, and Prototype Casting.

Communications Seminar

ETM students participated in a 2-day communication seminar during Fall 2008. We recruit an industry professional to share their expertise in communication and presentation skills. Student feedback is quite positive. Many students say the seminar has greatly increased their interviewing skills too.
