A crew of students, professors, and friends assembled on Saturday, April 2,
2005, rebuilt the Mines Geology Trail from Stop 5 (the Rock Garden) to
Stop 6 (outcrop of Pierre Shale and Fox Hills Sandstone). The trail is
designated as an Earthcache Site for Geocaching, an adventure game for GPS
users with 500,000 players within the United States and 98,000
