Dr. Diego Restrepo, the Director of the University of Colorado at Denver's Neuroscience Program, visited SWP members on October 19, 2007 and discussed the role of physics in the emerging fields of neurobiology and neuroscience. Here Dr. Restrepo shows Emily Przekwas the action potential that arises when a dendrite receives an input signal along its axon.
