Exchange Programs

Mines encourages students to include an international experience in their graduate education. We have numerous agreements with universities outside the United States allowing our students to study abroad for a semester or more.

Upon graduation, our students enter a global profession with multinational teams of scientists and engineers tackling projects with world-wide significance. The study abroad program is designed to develop skills needed to work effectively in this global marketplace.

All study abroad is closely coordinated with the student's academic advisor and department. Students who wish to study abroad should discuss options with their advisor and graduate program chair. Courses approved in advance are accepted for transfer to CSM.

For more information, students may also contact our Office of International Programs.
