Thank you for your interest in Colorado School of Mines. You can apply for admission using any of the following:
Apply Online On-line application
CSM Paper Application If you prefer to use a paper application, you may call (888) 446-9489 or email the Admissions Office.
Colorado Uniform Application The Colorado Uniform Application is available in all Colorado High Schools.
In addition to one of these application forms, you will need to send:
Application for Returning
Undergraduate Students
This includes previously enrolled degree-seeking students who would like to return to Colorado School of Mines. Once the application is submitted and reviewed by the CSM Admissions Office, we will mail a letter to you regarding your status.
Most Current High School/Secondary School Transcript (If you did not graduate from high school, please submit your GED scores)
All College/University Transcripts
  ACT or SAT scores (if you are applying as a freshman)

$45 Evaluation Fee
Note: If you pay the application fee on-line, it will be transmitted automatically to CSM Admissions. If you pay by check, please make your check payable to CSM Admissions.
