Mines biomedical researcher receives Boettcher Foundation grant

GOLDEN, Colo., June 30, 2010 – Keith Neeves, Colorado School of Mines assistant professor of chemical engineering, was one of six researchers to be awarded a $250,000 grant by the Boettcher Foundation for the advancement of biomedical research.
 
The grant, part of the Webb-Waring Biomedical Research Program, will allow Neeves to focus on studying the role of blood flow in the formation of blood clots.
