Porter, Richard (Dick) Dick Porter is the Safety Officer for the Environmental Health and Safety Department and has been a classified employee since November 1992. Dick’s areas of responsibility include safety audits, accident investigations, training (safety, first aid, CPR/AED), fire safety and chemical spill response.
