It is an excellent book for any obedience or work enthusiast but is even more pertinent to Berner trainers. It is about reinforcement, shaping, bribes v. rewards, jackpots and more. It is also helpful for other non-dog areas of life.
This is a wonderful book for learning the basic psychological learning principles underlying clicker training. It contains lots of interesting examples.
