Follow These Steps |

Item records can be displayed in either Brief View or Detailed View format. Brief View format includes basic information to help you to locate the item in the Library. |

Detailed View format displays the brief record plus additional information such as subject
headings, summaries, notes, and table of contents
(if available). Subject headings can be particularly useful for finding related materials of interest. |

You can print, save or email a single item record or multiple records. Use the "Format Records to Print, Save or Email" dialog box at the bottom of the screen.
Item records will be saved, printed or emailed in the Detailed View format.

If you wish to save your item record to disk, use the
Display for Print/Save button By default, the system will save your file with a .cgi extension. You may wish to change this extension to .txt or .html in order to view it more easily.
To print the item record, use your browser's Print button.

If you choose to Email the information, remember to include your complete email address. If you enter an incorrect address, the system will not indicate an error as been detected. |

Multiple records from a title list can be selected to be emailed, saved to disk, or printed. Mark the record(s) you are interested in by clicking on the white box on the left side of the screen, to select certain items. A checkmark displays.
Use the Retain Selected button to save selections across
multiple display pages.
You must click
Retain Selected
before going to a
different page!
Click Selected on Page or Selected on all Pages in the Output Options section or select All on Page if you would like to select all records, then follow the previous instructions for printing, saving or emailing.
