HIGHLIGHTS

A Course Reserve search in Catalyst allows you to search for non-electronic items that have been placed on reserve for a class.

To perform a Course Reserve search for non-electronic materials, select one item from one or more of the following drop-down menus: Instructor, Department or Course.

Searching Course Reserves

	Information on Course Reserve material is available in Catalyst.
	To find reserves, go to the Course Reserve Search screen in Catalyst. Highlight the instructor, department or course you need and click on Search.
	The most efficient method is to search by Course and Instructor. Tip: Instead of scrolling, you can highlight a box, then type the first letter to jump to that portion of the list
	The returned screen will display a list of items that are held on reserve for your search target. You can also click on an item to see the record view.
