- Online Library System (OLS) - The Library Network of the EPA consisting of many databases to locate books, reports, and other materials.
- Committee for the National Institute for the Environment - National Library for the Environment - Currently contains the Congressional Research Service reports relating to the environment, agriculture, and natural resources. In the future the site will have an encyclopedia of the environment and access to in-depth information on environmental issues.
- Environmental Contaminants Encyclopedia
- An online document compiled by National Park Service employees and students from the Colorado State University. Contains more than 100 contaminants. Adobe Acrobat software necessary to read reports.
- Environment Resources on the Web - A collection of links to authoritative (governmental and non-governmental) websites specializing in the scientific, political, economic, and social aspects of environmental issues. It can be searched by keyword, subject, title, and description (each website linked to has a description about its content). Provided by the Center for Environmental Journalism and the University Libraries both from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
