White Ranch Open Space Hiking Trail
The White Ranch Open Space Park is located in the foothills northwest of Golden. Offering truly spectacular hiking, this park is noted for a variety of wildlife including deer, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, elk and wild turkey. There are 3040 acres with 18 miles of hiking trails. From several vantage points in the park, you can see sweeping views of the plains and Denver.
