Purchase Request Form

You can request the purchase of a book or other item that the Library does not currently own.  Requests are subject to the Library' selection policies and will be forwarded to the appropriate individual for consideration. Please note that it takes time to acquire and process the items you request.

  • Before submitting this request, make sure it is not already in the Library's collection by first checking Catalyst.
  • Please include as much information about the item as you can.
  • Do NOT abbreviate.
