• Look at  the years of coverage (Recent Issues, Older Issues) to see if the year/volume/issue you need are included. There may be listings for more than one format (print, micro, etc.) Go to the library and get what you need.
• Many subscribed electronic journals are also listed in Catalyst. Check if the article you need is included in the years we have access to.

If NO

• Check GoldRush to see if the journal is included in a full text database.

• Request the item through CSM InterLibrary Loan/Document Delivery:  About | Form
• Check Prospector to see if another library in the area has what you need; go to that library and copy the article
• Use a fee-based user-pay Document Delivery Supplier, for example
