The Human Element

This course will provide miners, managers, and safety personnel with information on teaching Caterpillars'safety training. Class is offered with permission from Caterpillar.

Up to eighty percent of all accidents are attributed to human factors that we control - such as judgment, skill, and health. "The Human Element" is a complete mine safety training program that focuses on attitudes and behaviors, stress, health, fatigue and communication.
