Introduction to Industrial Safety & Health Program Management

This short course is designed to help a new Safety & Health Specialist (an experienced industrial worker or junior engineer) understand effective business management techniques and program implementation. It will provide the up-to-date, practical knowledge needed to direct a modern industrial S&H program. The primary emphasis will focus on the new Safety & Health Specialist becoming an effective organizer and leader. The class will utilize lectures, multimedia materials and interactive, real-world problem solving.
