Loss Control |
Loss Control is an intensive 5-day course addressing the fundamentals and development techniques for establishing Loss Control programs for the mining and heavy construction industries. Class focus is on developing programs which identify and manage potential losses (employee injuries and deaths, equipment damage, and production losses) prior to their occurrence. Investigation techniques and root cause analysis are two of the many important topics addressed in the class. Practical exercises are included.
