Registration Information
On-Site Registration
On-Site registration is highly discouraged; however, it will be available for those who are unable to firm up their plans until the program begins. On-site registrations will be charged an additional $50. There is no on-site registration available for the field trip.
Symposium Cancellations:
Cancellations made on or before September 29, 2008, are eligible for an 80% refund; between September 29 and October 3, a refund of 50% will be made; and no refunds will be provided after October 3. Personnel substitutions may be made without penalty at any time prior to the start of the Symposium.
Field Trip Policies:
Attendance on the October 16-17 Field Trip is limited to the first 40 individuals who register and remit the applicable fees. Additional registrants will be placed on a Wait List in the order received, and will be notified it and when space becomes available.
