Tech Camp 101 |

What is Tech Camp 101?
Tech Camp 101 is a free summer technology camp offered to Adams County School District 50 and Aurora Public Schools middle school students. The camps are hosted by the Colorado School of Mines and the Community College of Aurora.
During the one week camp, students work with state of the art technology in a hands-on environment. They are given a jump start in preparation for a career in science and technology. Students are encouraged to return for new topics each summer.
Hands-on technology training, bus transportation, and lunches are all included at no cost to Adams District 50 and Aurora Public Schools middle school students.

When is Tech Camp 101?
Tech Camp 101 is offered as separate all-boy and all-girl camps for two different school districts each summer.
2008 camps hosted by the Colorado School of Mines
- June 02 - June 06: Adams County District 50 all-boy camp
- June 09 - June 13: Adams County District 50 all-girl camp
2008 camps hosted by the Community College of Aurora
- June 16 - June 20: Aurora Public Schools all-boy camp
- June 23 - June 27: Aurora Public Schools all-girl camp

Students: If you are a middle school student in Adams County District 50 or Aurora Public Schools, check in your main office for applications. You may also speak with your science and mathematics teachers for more details.
Teachers: If you are in an Adams County District 50 or Aurora Public Schools middle school, then a graduate student is available to come into your classrooms and discuss Tech Camp 101 with the students.
