Monday, August 11, 2008: PTTC Workshop "Hydraulic Fracturing - Measurement,
Characterization, and Analysis" at Minot State University, Minot, ND.
This workshop is intended to demonstrate recent advances in hydraulic fracturing techniques
and how they can be used to characterize the producing reservoir. The instructor will be Jennifer Miskimins of the Colorado School of Mines.

Wednesday, September 17 - Friday, September 19, 2008: PTTC and RMAG present a "Southern Paradox Basin Field Trip" starting from Durango, Colorado.
The field trip will include geological and archeological observations, plus poster seasons, core viewing and discussions. The instructors will be
Gary L. Gianniny and Kim Miskell-Gerhardt, with invited presentations by industry experts.
