Dates have been set for the Futures in Energy
Oil and Gas Industry Outreach Program for 2008.
Five day programs will be held at the Colorado School of Mines between June 16-20, 2008,
and at the Pinedale High School in Pinedale, Wyoming between June 9-13. Students, teachers and sponsors

USGS releases Bakken Assessment |
 |
Using a geology-based assessment methodology, the U.S. Geological Survey estimates mean undiscovered volumes of 3.65 billion barrels of oil,
1.85 trillion cubic feet of associated/dissolved natural gas, and 148 million barrels of natural gas liquids in the Bakken
Formation of the Williston Basin Province, Montana and North Dakota. Click here to view a copy of this
