Fire Resistant Steels

Ryan

M.S. student Ryan Regier inserts a tensile sample into the elevated temperature test apparatus adapted to a standard MTS test frame.  Thermomechanical processing variations were performed to investigate the influence of finish rolling temperature on the elevated temperature strength of fire resistant (FR) steel.
